Balance Masters Driveshaft System

Balance Masters® for Driveshafts

Balance Masters®, the dependable Active Balancing System for truck wheel/tire assembly since 1979, is now available for Driveshafts. This Active Balancing System has been engineered to fit most heavy-duty trucks, buses, vans, and motorhomes.

Balance Masters® is mounted at one end of the driveshaft approximately 1 to 6 inches from either end. This patented liquid metal (Quick Silver) technology works by centrifugal force to help increase bearing life and reduce the running vibrations by up to 50% or more. They are made to last and are maintenance-free.

Balance Masters® works at all speeds while you drive and helps to eliminate costly and inconvenient downtime. The patented liquid material (Quick Silver) is not affected by weather or temperature extremes, has no parts to break, wear out or dry up, and has a 2-year limited factory warranty against material defects. Balance Masters® Active Balancing Systems is the Ultimate onboard balancing device!

How It Works

Balance Masters® work on the essential and natural principles of physics. Vibrational Resonance is the up-and-down vibration pattern created by a rotating driveshaft that is out of balance. This resonating vibration forces the free-moving fluid inside the rubber bladder (ring) to exactly offset any light and heavy spots. This creates equilibrium within the rotating mass. Once correctly positioned, centrifugal force holds the fluid in that position unless and until a different vibrational resonance pattern develops. This new development may occur from bearing wear or stones, mud, or ice attaching and attacking the driveshaft, which will instantly force the fluid to new equilibrium positions.

In short, Balance Masters® precisely, continually, dynamically, and instantly self-adjusts to driveshaft imbalances. Nature MUST have equilibrium, and natural forces make Balance Masters® counter-balancing systems perform for you..

The components of Balance Masters® Driveshaft Balancers are the Rubber Bladder (ring), Fluid (quicksilver), and Mounting Clamp System. All are integral parts of what makes Balance Masters® patented technology perform optimally. All components cooperate and are precisely engineered for natural physics to function correctly.
